I am preparing a generated ambience for a small game scene, and a faint tick returns at the loop boundary. A low grainy texture continues between repeats, and I do not want to confuse it with the boundary sound. I can edit the endpoints and try a short crossfade before considering any broader processing. I found a reference to ai audio artifact removal during my search, but the editing order still matters. I still need to determine whether the boundary reveals an existing sound or creates a new discontinuity. Should I begin with the join and only then assess a continuous passage away from it? An untouched copy would make it easier to compare each edit with the starting point. The test should also use the same playback path as the game, since editor playback alone may miss something. Which check would help establish that the remaining distraction is independent of the loop boundary?
